Puerto Rican filmmaker & aspiring educator El C. Concepción aims to inspire a new generation of filmmakers throughout the chicagoland area & Puerto Rico through their teaching ability & passion for their craft. Not only do they aim to teach filmmaking, but they also want to encourage others to pursue taking on hard-hitting topics through the visual medium of filmmaking.
